Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any product that is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at sandeepvig.1990@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once the return request is approved, instructions will be shared. Customers may be required to ship the product back to us.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of prepaid orders, the refund will exclude any shipping fees. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
